What it’s all about: Five Sentence Fiction is about packing a powerful punch in a tiny fist. Each week Lillie will post a one word inspiration, then anyone wishing to participate will write a five sentence story based on the prompt word.
The word does not have to appear in your five sentences, just use it for direction.
This week’s word: Flight
My Inspiration:
“Do you see this bird?” Grandpa Joe whispered to Randy, and looked at the album laying on his laps.
His grandson’s curly hair bounced up and down. His eyes followed Grand’s.
“You will fly someday,” his mysterious voice echoed in the attic, their secret hideout. “And when you do, don’t forget to watch the sunrise from above, and remember who taught you to fly.”
P.S. Enjoy.
