What it’s all about: Five Sentence Fiction is about packing a powerful punch in a tiny fist. Each week Lillie will post a one word inspiration, then anyone wishing to participate will write a five sentence story based on the prompt word.
The word does not have to appear in your five sentences, just use it for direction.
This week’s word: Irritation
My Inspiration:
A Fable of a Wiseman
“Easy, Cobalt, easy!”Parcho tried to unbuckle a messenger bag, but the horse bucked on him.
“Can’t you get your horse stand still?” An old man sat under the olive tree, “Here is an advice from me…be the frog that fell into the milk jar. It had never quit until it leaped out to the freedom.” He stood up and walked away, singing some tune as his shadow disappeared into the thick forest.
P.S. Enjoy.
