What”s the book about?

When NY divorce lawyer, Sarah Lindquist, stepped out of her office to clear her mind before her next client showed up, the last thing she expected was to come to in the middle of the Colorado Rockies, with two park rangers standing over her.
The ex-military rangers are convinced someone wants her out of the way, but how do they find out who, without putting her life at risk and letting that ‘someone’ know they’ve missed the target?

Genre? Contemporary Romance/Romantic Suspense

My opinion: 5 stars out of 5.

Refusing to steam up at her work, Sarah marched out to clear her head on the fresh air. But it didn’t help her to finish the case, she had a gap in her life, losing a memory of past week.
When she ended up in Colorado from New York, she didn’t remember how she ended up in there. The last thing she saw was her work building, and everything went blank until two rangers tried to bring her to reality. Now she was stuck in the house of a stranger with a gush in her head, bruises all over her body, and the pounding in her head. On top of that, reality brought her to the point she was told someone tried hard to dispose of her. With the snow storm coming and no communication at her reach, she was stuck with the stranger who took to close of her personal space. She wanted to be out, back to her house and her work. How she would do that, she didn’t know. It was impossible to return home when her safety was compromised.

Will she ever be home again?

Wow! This is one great story. I just wanted to finish the story, because it was captivating to know the ending, yet I didn’t want to skip any of the parts… It has well planned events, cunningly incorporated through protagonists’ lives. The enemy, the secret, the mystery…. all that is there.

Two main characters were united by strange event: one meant to die in the mountains, but saved by other, sparks were created and the fire burned… literary they escaped the blazing places, armed bullies, different lifestyles, and united by the end of the story. Full of action, full of surprises.
