My thoughts: 5 stars out of 5
Imagine in winter times, when the storm raging behind the kitchen window, the firewood crackling in the fireplace. You sit next to the table full of hot cocoa, delicious apple pie, hot potatoes with bbq chicken wings, and next to it stands a bowl of your own, hand-made sauerkraut and Kimchee.
Heather Crawford will teach you to make delicious sauces, pickles, relishes, chutneys and pastes.
I think it’s great book to use in the kitchen. Not to mention that I want to make some recipes in the future too.
