I am about healthy now. Loosing some weight made me realize the importance of healthy food. The food and diet doesn’t have to be yucky and grouse.
Pearl and Serene created 350 recipes for new healthy mamas to try. And by looking at the book and reading the recipes through the ingredients, I found them amazing and delicious. I have an urge to go to the kitchen and try some of them, but it’s after 6 now.
Beautifully colored book with photos and delicious recipes for your crockpot, skillet, oven dishes. Meals for whole family to enjoy: soups, meats, roasted dishes, salads, breads, pizzas, eggs, and desserts. You and I will surely find something good to try.
