My thoughts: 5 stars out of 5

Despite the fear that her hiding place would be soon discovered, Juliana held her bow and arrows steady in her hands. Caught by the evil Lord Wessex in the thieving act, he ordered to chop off both of  her thumbs. She had the plan to escape as she always does, giving the times she was the master in disguise, especially as the Cloaked Bandit, which all the nobility feared and wanted “him” to be disposed off. But today proved another danger, Juliana was dressed as an old man, she almost lost her fingers. And once again she was rescued by her band. Stealing was the way of life she knew…until one day the noble and kind person will steal her hart away.

Loved the story….The Medieval romance, loyalty and heroism still leaves on the pages of this book. No lack in villains either, considering the Lord Wessex to be her uncle.
