My thoughts: 4 stars out of 5
All the summary of the book comes in two words… be kind.
Be kind every moment, especially in the times of frustration, waiting, patience testing, intense scratching and hissing… Yeah, you know what I am talking about! Those times…
This book is designed to keep it as the sort of like a journal and notebook. Every day has the particular subject and instructions. But you also encouraged to write your own observations and your participation through out the process of becoming kind. Keep track of this challenge to keep it as the score board, a map and a living prove of your journey.
Most points I knew before, but I didn’t practiced them a lot lately. Sometimes I was lame in showing the kindness to other. I admit I was self-centered. This would be a great challenge to do!
