My thoughts: 5 stars out of 5

This book speaks to lots of issues and raw things inside of us that needs fixing by marking the ground with boundaries. The authors speak to the point on how to set the boundaries and why it would be desastrous if people choose to ignore and disable the perimeter of rules and boundaries. There are invisible boundaries and limits on human’s body, food intake, energy level, emotion intelligence, intellectual intelligence, relationships, space, time, nature and God. There is so mach that people can do with their resources provided by God. But what to do if there is chaos and lack of boundaries that causes lack of sleep, …etc? How to deal with hectic lifestyles and damaging relationships? “What” and “how” is delivered in the message of this book.

I would recommend this one for all who can get hands on it.
